Reservations. All bookings must be confirmed by credit/debit card number, expiry date and security number within 7 days of the initial telephone, email or fax reservation.We reserve the right to cancel any booking not backed up with card details, without notice.
Please note; Your booking is not verified untill you have recieved e-mail confirmation.
Arrival And Departure. Check in is from 1pm and check out is by 10am unless by prior arrangement. You must advice the management if you are likely to check in after 10.30 pm.
Cancellation. If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of the scheduled check in time on the date of arrival, you will be charged for the first nights accommodation. Please note that we will only accept cancellations by fax, email or letter. We do not accept verbal cancellations.
Payment. Must be made in full on morning of departure unless previously advised. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Access. We also take Sterling and Euros. We do not accept amex or dining cards.
Conditions Of Stay. The Establishment reserves the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.
Complaints. The Hotel attempts to deal with complaints as speedily as possible. Complaints must be addressed to a member of staff immediately and given sufficient opportunity to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
Smoking. We operate a strict no smoking policy.
Keys. Must be handed in on departure. A £15 charge will be levied if keys are lost or taken.
Internet and Wifi
Please be aware that this facility is wireless based and obviously fluctuates periodically. Therefore we are not responsible if you cannot access wifi in your room on any given time.
Liability. The Hotel will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Hotel's property by your act, omission, default or neglect and you agree to indemnify the Hotel and to pay on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss. We do not accept any liability for damage or theft caused to your motor vehicle whilst parked at the Hotel.
Data Privacy. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our customers. Your personal details will not be sold or passed on to a third party.

Provisional bookings remain firm for one week pending receipt of a 20% deposit.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation.
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment, less a handling charge of £25.00 per apartment. If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The apartments are available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.
GUEST NUMBERS
The number of people occupying an apartment must not exceed the number stated without written approval from Blorenge House . Guest and friends are welcome to visit. ( but no pets please)
GROUPS
We do not normally accept same sex groups or groups where the majority are under 21 years.
CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES
The apartments should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.
BEHAVIOUR
It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that all members of their party do not behave in a way which causes offence or danger to others or which risks damage to property belonging to others. In such circumstances Blorenge House reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately , in which case our responsibility to you ceases immediately and there will be no refunds, no payment of compensation and no reimbursement of any cost or expenses you may incur as a result. Furthermore, you will be liable to reimburse us for any expenses whatsoever it incurs as a result of your behaviour.
PETS
Pets are allowed at some of the properties and the details of the number and breed should be mentioned when booking. However, we take no responsibility for their safety. Please ensure that pets remain out of the bedrooms at all times, do not sit on the furniture and are never exercised on the premises. We take great exception to clearing away dog foul! Pets must never be left unattended in the property. Under the essential information for each property we specify whether or not pets are permitted. The hirer is liable any damaged caused by pets.
In the unlikely event of your apartment being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.
The use of accommodation and gardens is entirely at the Hirers's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests
